Connect your Google account in one click

One-Click Google Connection

AutoWindex offers a seamless integration with Google Search Console. Simply click the "Connect with Google" button in your AutoWindex settings page, and you'll be guided through a quick authorization process. No manual setup, no service account keys, no Google Cloud Console needed.

How it works:

  1. Open your Shopify Admin and go to the AutoWindex app
  2. Navigate to the Settings page
  3. Click the "Connect with Google" button
  4. Sign in with your Google account and grant access
  5. Done! Your domains are automatically verified and connected

Requirements

  • Your store's domain must be verified in Google Search Console
  • You must sign in with the same Google account that owns the property in Search Console
  • An active AutoWindex subscription (Starter plan or above)

What happens after connecting?

Once connected, AutoWindex will automatically submit your new and updated URLs directly to Google's Indexing API. This means faster discovery of your products, collections, and pages by Google.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Settings page without affecting your Search Console data.

Already using a Service Account Key?

If you previously set up a Google Service Account JSON key, it will continue to work. You don't need to change anything. You can also switch to Connect with Google anytime from Settings.
